On the web, Paddle sells the subscription: it takes the payment, handles the tax and sends the receipt. Inside the iOS app, the purchase belongs to your App Store account. Either way it renews until you cancel, and you cancel wherever you bought it.

Questions
- What happens when I use the 5 conversations?
- Everything else keeps working exactly as before. Only conversation mode closes, and only until you subscribe.
- Is that 5 a month, or 5 in total?
- In total. They exist so you can properly try the feature before deciding, not as a monthly ration.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. If you subscribed on the web, from the management link Paddle sends with your receipt, or by writing to soporte@fluvia.chat. If it was inside the app, from your App Store account settings. Either way you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- What if I used the app before the paid plan existed?
- Your earlier conversations don't count. The counter starts the day the plan went live, so nobody was shut out overnight.
