Fluvia

Refund Policy

Last updated: September 20, 2026

This page explains when we refund a Fluvia subscription and how to ask. The answer depends on where you bought it: on our website, or inside the iPhone app.

Try it before you pay

Every account gets free conversations that do not expire. Listening, writing, vocabulary and idioms are free for good. So you can genuinely try the paid part before paying — which is why subscriptions are not, as a rule, refunded simply for a change of mind.

Purchases on the website

Payment is processed by Paddle, who are the merchant of record for the sale. Subscriptions are generally non-refundable, but we look at every request. We refund when:

  • you were charged twice, or for the wrong amount;
  • you were charged after cancelling;
  • the subscription renewed without you noticing, you told us promptly, and you had not used the new period;
  • something broke, you reported it, and we could not fix it;
  • and wherever the law requires it.

Write to soporte@fluvia.chat from the address you bought with, quoting the receipt number. We reply within a few working days. If we approve it, the money goes back to the same payment method.

Purchases inside the iPhone app

Apple handles those payments entirely and we cannot refund them on your behalf. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com using the same Apple ID. The decision is theirs alone.

Cancelling

Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not return what you have already paid. You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for, and we do not refund the unused days pro rata.
